So I just got off the phone with a USCIS officer, and apparently our case is "under review." He doesn't have the information as to why it's under review (but says that it's not in the normal process). He kept asking me if I'd filed a I129F before or if he's had one filed for him before, which is a no, but he says to keep calling once a month until we find something. He said that it could be another 6 months, although he hopes it won't be. And that there's nothing I can do to move it along any faster. At least it's more information that I've had so far. Wish I was better news. Sigh. :unsure:

Our case is under review also. But.....WE HAVE OUR NOA2...twice according to the UCCIS online system.

Keep calling once a month!?!?!? JOKE :lol:

They told me when I called "worse case senario, at the latest be end of Nov" I think they make it up. Stay strong, it won't be long. It's hard when you see other May fillers racing along, but don't worry, your time will come. Everyday is a day nearer.

JESSS AND ellieandwill2 ................here with you guys! Waiting to hear back from our RFE....That was 1week 1day today....Plus i get an email looking like my CO sponser may not go through with his sponsership:( OMG can this journey get any worse for me...... I miss Shunn and just wana b with him. So down all the time. I use to be so postive too.... Just kills when you get No news Or the Same news Everyday and each day is getting closer and closer to the end of the year... Not to mention stressn about My JAN 31ST booked wedding:( seriously thought id have heaps time by then... Not looking so pRomising now......... xoo Thinking of all you all! Good luck to the rest of May filers and April who are nearing the end of their paperwork and should be getting interviews any day now! oxxo emmmm :unsure:

Well Sarah's Packet 3 was mailed out on Thursday and it's Tuesday and no packet 3...which is odd as she lives literally a 15 minutes tube ride from the Embassy!!!!

On the plus side, Sarah has her medical set up for this coming Monday at 10:30am! So we're going to wait until Friday and if no packet three we'll make our own!

i have to write a few notes and fill in the questionaire thingy. plus get my stuff together. man am i unorganised. doesnt help i've just done day five of ten evenings at work on the trot and a load of early mornings running after letters and things. but i got my letter now so it paid off yey. man am i so tierd. :sleepy:
