My tooth wasn't hurting though. It was a little innocent tooth that they took out to make room for braces.

It didn't hurt. But it probably helped that I took a vicodin before I went in  I also had my ipod on and listened to music! This is far much easier then when I had all 4 impacted wisdom teeth out in May

My teeth are already hurting though from the bottom braces that were put in Saturday. And now in 2 weeks the tops will be put on. So much for enjoying Halloween candy (the good stuff anyway).

And yeah, the bills from all this are far much more traumatizing

hey every1...just a quick message to say i got to usa safely (altho a loooooong flight) 3 planes london-jfk jfk-cincinati cincinati-minneapolis

but now im sat in a really nice hotel suite that andrew booked and goin shopping in the mall of america for a coat as its very cold

Cuz i went thru jfk i for a work authorisation stamp which they said was good for 3months but im not sure if i can still use it after we're marrid if we're married b4 the 3 months is up.I asked but they didnt really give me a straight answer  i was too tired to ask more.

It felt good being at POE knowing that i could finally say im here to be with my fiance without them ushering me to border control for interigation and risk of deportation! They kept the envelope which u have to take with u and give to an officer (i didnt get it back so pretty sure i had to keep it there) All it is in the envelope is all the documenst youve submitted from day 1 which includes ur i129F. think they just need it to have on file when you apply for AOS.

Wheres my alien registraion number by the way or havnt i got one yet?

well anyways..time to have a shower and head to the mall. Its good to be home with andrew :star:

Welcome to the Midwest!!! It'll get colder (and snowier)

So happy to see you made it here safely! :)

(fyi - I think the EAD stamp is only good till you get married...I could be wrong though, check the guides here)

my birthcertificate arrived today, its just a notorised photocopy of the original, and its not even that fancy looking like Vitos that i have seen just on watermark letter head . £10 for that? though i'm glad i got it now because it has a lot more info on it than the one i have already. i thought i already had the long form but it was delcate but now i'm thinking its short form cos the new one has my dads siggy and his occupation on it, plus usual address.

my old one had both parents, plus place of birth and date of birth but no occupation or address  just hope that the co can read messy and i mean messy writting

we never checked dos cos by the time we were aware of the fact it was done and dusted. i think that ours may have arrived on the 3rd but thats because thats the only shipment to london i could see even though it left more than one day after the date given

i got my packet three dated the 9th on the 13th so use those dates as you will.

so glad you got to leave nvc at last
