Our lawyer says we dont need those forms we are missing for the London consulate------dont know whether this is true?

i think you need to download and fill them out on line anyway. i think thats what he means. there are forms you need to complete for the consulate interview but other than the bio data form example. i just got a link on the checklist where to find and dill them out, on the website.

5th sheet is [b]biographical data form[/b]. actual form photo copy.

villaspurs, did you get my message about packet three? do you still want it? if so how should i send it?

think Vito and i need to start booking a date for the wedding. I'm getting the demands for dates again and they seem to want April but will have to depend on when we can get a day booked.

hmmm have you concidered getting your own copy so you can make a start? Asthey have already sent it out i would say its your que to start.

Yeah, I have all the forms filled out and ready. In Morocco though, Packet 3 has the actual interview date. They don't do a packet 4. I have a list of doctors someone else gave me, but I have a feeling he'll need an interview date to make the appointment.

They'll have your whole i129F package at the consulate

I got my packet three on saterday with nothing in it! Just a cover letter! thank god for visa journey! Sombody on here sent me a copy of theirs. and its almost ready for posting...... yay!

I know EXACTLY what mean! DOS told me tht london had sent me out package 3 but i waited and waited and still nothing. Luckily cuz of visa journey i was able to comprise together my 'own' package 3 and send it and now i have my interview day in a week! If it wasnt for VJ, i would still be waiting for package 3 as its never shown up!

i was just gunna take a photocopy of our petiton but they will prob have it there anyway.

Has anyone else put together a relationship timeline. i remmeber someone posted that they requested one once. it was in the uk forum i think.

i thought i would do one as it would give me some structure to follow and organisation of my evidence. but cant decide what isnt really neccersary to put down. If we wernt together on our birthdays before and just sent post and gifts its not worth noting in it right?

We're not going to do one...I think that would drive Sarah over the edge...she's a bit OCD when it comes to things like that, and it'd just stress her out even further

I didn't do a relationship timeline..but my evidences were organized by the following:

Binder 1 (all binders as soft bound binders):

Scrapbook of about 20 pages of pictures, from meeting to the engagement party to all our trips together

Binder 2:

Copies of some of our chats (it's double-sided print and about 1 1/2 inches thick!)

Binder 3:

Tabbed:

1) Engagement talk, ring receipts, emails from friend who will be making my dress, email convo about agreeing on a budget for the cost of the ring

2) Phone records (skype and my mobile)

3) Evidence of my trips there: itineraries, copies of boarding passes, etc

4) Emails from me to him

5) Emails from him to me

then the forms, I put in a see-through folder, paperclipped that will go on top of everything else (DS-230, DS-230K, Affidavit of Support)...

Not at all.....feel free to pass along. I even have pics of what it looks like (because aside from being OCD, I also have ADD and would have forgotten exactly what I sent him so I took pics of it all )

i was gunna organise it into sections.

section one copie of petition.

section two

our birthcertificates and photocopies of our passports and stamps from trips

section 3 evidence of relationship

starting with a timeline

then all done in order of time it happened.

section 4 current forms i have to take for interview another letter of intent updated. andaffidavit of support and evidence and police record and medical stuff if any from medical.

just feel like i'm being a bit perdantic about what i'm highlighting on the timeline. is it really neccesary to put christmas exchanged gifts or bithday. sent a card saved present for when i went over?
