what does the pages have on it?

Page is a cover sheet (no instructions to down load forms) but does say Fiance K Instructions are enclosed.

Pages 2 & 3 which are double sided is the IV19 - which is titled - FIANCE (E) VISA INTERVIEW

Pages 4,5,6 and 7 are also all double sided the IV 18a (IV medical) - 04/07 Knightsbridge which is The Medical Examination, FAQ's and maps.

I'm sure there is something missing. I have nothing with check boxes on it

Packet three just came in the post today :dance: :dance: will have a good read and post a contents report on it. in a little bit and you can compare. but i'm sure that all those things you are missing can be found or downloaded again. especially as its completly stapled together. so i am assuming when needed the questionaires for medical will be given again.

i think you need to download and fill them out on line anyway. i think thats what he means. there are forms you need to complete for the consulate interview but other than the bio data form example. i just got a link on the checklist where to find and dill them out, on the website.

this is what i got in packet three.

1 letter from consulate..... this is packet three we have recieved petition blah blah.

then 9 double sided sheets as follows.

1 and 2 checklist, laid out like instructions , with steps one to four and tick boxes half way through. bottom part has a form to fill out so you can sent it back when ready.

3rd sheet is about birthcertificates police reports and photo format.

4th sheet is about evidence that can be supplied for the affidavit of support. (both sides) that gives us the full 8

5th sheet is biographical data form. actual form photo copy.

6 and 7 information about medical

8 faqs about medical and vaccination requiremnets list

9 one side knightsbridge doctors pricing, other side example of the medical questionaire you will have to fill out.

think Vito and i need to start booking a date for the wedding. I'm getting the demands for dates again and they seem to want April but will have to depend on when we can get a day booked.

Any idea on the I-134 what the heck "type of business" and "name of concern" is supposed to mean? Is that like the industry I work in? They seriously could have used some better wording than this.

I was wondering that as well. Go and look at the sample forms and maybe that can give you a better idea?

according to example on here. type of business in you job title, for example supivsor and corcern is the company you work for.

Keep in mind too that the I-134 is used for other types of visas as well, not just ours, so some of the questions do not apply...

Going to get everything finished and sent off for two day or express air this week. Going to call the Greek consulate tonight and see if Greece has received the petition.
