Hey Everyone.... I'm so excited for all of you and your approvals and fingers crossed that your cases get where they need to go soon. Just think, in a couple of months, you can be with your loved ones!

I think I'm the only one left who hasn't heard a thing, so I feel sooo out of the loop with all of this stuff!! Ahhh!! I've started another thread to see who (if anyone) is still waiting. I hope I have good news to give you guys soon, but still not holding my breath. Ahh!

NO me still waiting , as always nothing new for me never been first in anything, anyway, must not get to sad as i know we both not have to longer wait now, judt hope some nice person gets their finger out next week and do ours

Hey! Thanks for the support... You're June 4? I'm May 2nd!! Starting to get worried!!!!!!! But I know how you feel, when people around your date get approved, it's so hard. Here's hoping your luck is better than mine!!!

And so sorry to everyone here that's sick of my complaining! I'm trying to stay positive. The chances that Adriano will be here for New Year's Eve are getting slimmer by the second. How sad is it going to be when I'm Maid of Honor in a fabulous wedding on NYE, at midnight, standing all alone, all done up, watching everyone else kiss their loved ones.... I'm gonna cry just thinking about it. Why is this happening to us???

well we have been told we have to wait another two weeks to see if the noa2 turns up, if not call again. and its just proved something, if they forget to update you case online, then phoning the helpline will tell you jack whatsit, because we just had to convice the girl we had been approved. she believed us but told us it could very well have been but it was still showing pending and how did we find out. Vito phoned on the 25th and was told we had a wait of 3 more months before wecould expect something it was approved two days before had and themfives days after the call it left the nvc for the embassy. i'm starting to think i should find my packet 3 myself and not expect corespondence from these people.

perhaps this give those who are waitng still some hope though prob a bit more frustraition.

Boy that's reassuring. It's nice to know they "communicate" with each other and know what the heck is going on

Call the DOS on Monday (or maybe Tuesday - Monday's a holiday) and see if London sent out the packet 3 yet. That's the number cca posted earlier. (DOS is the Department of State).

no need to be sorry, i was right there with you last week, infact we were already sent to the embassy then but had no clue we had even been approved. as you can see from my recent posts. and you were touched in september too.i wonder if randomly calling nvc and running your wac number would raise anything. but then if they had it would they not have sent a letter? i gradually am loosing trust in these systems set up to inform us.

It has been a real experience for me too. What little tiny bit of faith I had in the gov is completley wiped away by this process.

I've always thought lawyers were scum, and my dealings with the one we hired makes me think I had judged them too generously. They are no where close to scum, more like an insignificant bacteria or something. There may be decent ones out there, but my first personal dealings with one wouldnt lead anybody to that conclusion.

All in all this process has been really something, and I've not a bit of good to say about it. It is just a huge hassle and expense to those of us who are legitimate, and a failure to do anything else.

We're in that boat right with you... Our lawyer called up yesterday (and no, he's not much help either! Should've done it without him..) and apparently they said we should be getting ours in the next week or two so hopefully it'll be soon!
