Congrats to all approved.. and hannah you seem to be the luck one.. you were waiting for your noa2 and you have almost reached your packet 3 stage :)

We got our RFE in post on the 1st of Oct, they asked for circumstances of meeting the beneficiary.. we din't have any photos clicked when Brad was in india but just a sketch of us both from a street in bangalore :(.. i sent him emails that he had sent before he came to meet me, a copy of the sketch and the bill which was in the cover and i was lucky to find it there, also e-tickets of me and brad traveling to my hometown to meet my family [ I had thrown away the original ticket - my bad luck as we never knew we wanted all this] ..And by the way brad is yet to recieve all the documents i sent, it should be with him on the 8th, i sent it via a private courier company which costed me a fortune :(.. we had mentioned in the letter that he came to meet my family initially... we are planning to write another letter explaining the meeting and every bit of it.. would this be good enough ? I dont know what more we could send.. any suggestions ??

Maybe contact the airline you flew to see if they can give you something stating you were on that flight? I've heard that etickets don't do since it's not proof you were actually on the flight, just that you purchased the ticket to travel. Try contacting the airline! Also do you have any other proof that of spent money there? Did you use your credit card anytime? You could show the statement showing that? Just a thought? (this applies to either one of you)

Charel - Etickets do... There's nothing against it. Here are a few more.

1. Ask Brad to take a photo copy of his passport with stamp into Bangalore and stamp into his airport in the states. That will give enough proof that he had left the country.

2. Plane tix - etix or boarding pass

3. Receipts of things u bought when he was there - all this are probative evidence. No one can really prove whether the two of u were together or not.

4. May be receipt of the ring or a picture of the ring if that's accepted in your custom in India - probative evidence

5. Dress/ clothing receipts

6. Credit card bills even if u dont have the receipts

7. emails indicating to you when he is traveling - probative evidence

Congrats again and again to everybody! We're almost there now!

But I had a few questions for you:

How much salary do you need for the I134? Also does the online status indicate if the application has gone to the NVC?

And about the supporting evidence, I submitted all the pics I have of us together with the I-129 (like 7 pictures), I don't have anymore, is it okay? For phone records I call mostly using a VOIP program to call her cell and landline. I can print records of this and submit it, thats what I did for the I-129, do you think they will consider it as evidence?

Thanks a lot everybody!
