They received our I-129 F petition on May 8, 2008 and approved our petition by September 15, 2008.

Unfortunately I have not send back Pkt. 3 yet.

I was such a silent member of this thread but I just wanted to share with everyone that we got APPROVED today 10/03/08!!!

Thanks to everyone here for keeping me company thru the wait and for all info i learned... my journey with NVC is next...

Hey guys just wondering wether any one is still waiting for their NOA2 that filed their nOA1 around early may? I am MAy 2oth and getting a little down, feels like everyone after my date is getting approved but me:( lol! Sorry for the whine!!!!!!!! Just so frustrated! I'm not sure if you guys are being held up by security checks (as I mentioned earlier I've been through so many, plus certain clearances from the ATF and DOJ it's not like they don't know who I am) or slow adjudicator, but all I know is this is a bit ridiculous now.

Still, lets maintain a positive vibe this week as we should certainly see a good handful of new approvals.

hi guys, congrats to the recent approvals, sorry we havent been on here much but we have been busy, just came back from a night in the the new forest awesome!! and we have ordered our wedding rings and they should arrive on tuesday. they are welsh gold gold cos my fasmily heritage is welsh.

now the really good news and the most puzzling, BrazilianXuxu and emma_australia and Kevin and anna are you paying attention?

got an email from Vitos mum today, she checked his mail, as one seemed important so she sent a typed copy of what it said, here it is!!!

I ended up getting mine online before receiving it in the mail. In fact, the petition arrived at the NVC before I got the approval in the mail, and I never even got an email telling me (despite having the e-mail notification set-up) I was approved.

I just happened to spot it on the USCIS website when I went home as I had been touched that day.

Very weird how these petitions have a pretty clear instructions on what happens yet things still happen out of order or in some chaotic way.

we have in total what i posted and i think as it had no form number that it is the letter from nvc, so we have no update on line no email and as of yet no noa2 hard copy, just letter from nvc
