Just called the NVC and they received it today. With any luck she could have her Visa this or next month. As long as it doesn't go far into December, since now we can plan her arrival, and she wants to spend one last Christmas with family, we're looking at a day or two after Christmas so we can spend New Years together.

Hey Hannah... just wanted to let you know that I had my preschoolers ask God to give both of us our "special papers" today. One of them was so excited, he said, "You mean Hannah, like Hannah Montana?!?!" Haha. Thought it couldn't hurt. Fingers crossed... toes too. But still not holding my breath-cause Lord knows I'd pass out before the USCIS ever got around to finishing up our case! Sigh.

Hi BrazilianXuxu and other May Filers, I'm surprised you haven't recieved anything yet but by the way their cranking them out you'll be soon. I was still in denial until I recieved the hard copy today. Our attorney is taking care of the rest, but I'm all over him with questions and follow ups, packets and other information is being sent out today.

Jessica, I'll be looking for your shouts of joy when you're notified, and I hope God heard your preschoolers request, Cinara and I are pulling for you too

I was in Cancun all week and just got back. To think, this morning I was sitting on the beach. Now I'm back home and what the heck, it's cold!!!

Soon as word hit about the NOA2, Betty realized things are coming a lot closer and of course got a little scared as big changes are coming. I imagine when she gets her internet connection back up she'll be posting here.

Finally received the NOA2 in the mail. Was wondering when it would arrive.

Now to prepare the paperwork! Tends to hundreds of pages of phone records to print, along with an arsenal of IM and e-mail chats.

They sure as %#$ better be satisfied with this!

Also, I'm trying to calculate the costs of this. Police report, medical, and visa costs?

Plus the costly AOS. Yeouch.

Hey guys just wondering wether any one is still waiting for their NOA2 that filed their nOA1 around early may? I am MAy 2oth and getting a little down, feels like everyone after my date is getting approved but me:( lol! Sorry for the whine!!!!!!!! Just so frustrated! COngrats to all the may filers who have recieved their NOA2. And the best of wishes to the rest of us who ...hopefully our Approvals will be right around the corner!! Depressed Emmm

I'm not sure if you guys are being held up by security checks (as I mentioned earlier I've been through so many, plus certain clearances from the ATF and DOJ it's not like they don't know who I am) or slow adjudicator, but all I know is this is a bit ridiculous now.

Still, lets maintain a positive vibe this week as we should certainly see a good handful of new approvals.
