I got a letter from the "United States Government" stating that the packet is being sent to the NVC and the processing will take 2 weeks? When should my fiance expect packet 3 (I got NOA2 on 9/26/08). Also, is it possible that she can get her interview before December 8th (Mumbai Consulate)?

if your fiancee got her paper work ready,she can send them to consulate before receiving 3rd packet.We all know what to send in so she can get her interview day earlier.Thats what i found out about Turkish consulate so i hope they work the same way..Good luck..i hope im gonna get NVC letter soon too..So my fiancee can be here for thanksgiving
