Well guys,

Today makes day 200 for me since i filed. Isnt that sad?

I am so sorry for those of us still waiting.

Pecky, 000, Mrs. Z and everyone else.

I keep thinking our time is soon..and then another week goes by and I realize this is too controlling.

I am hurting for all of us guys.

and lets not forget Delicia at CSC.

I just have this huge fear that I am going to turn into one of those cases that everyone else gets approved and I am still here a year later...... :(

If they wait long enough, at least we can take legal action to have them adjudicate. It is this point in between where we are powerless that is no fun at all.

thats what i thought MsZ.

I leave to see my husband in 3 weeks and I will be there 6 weeks. On july 17, 2008 I reach 6 months from NOA-1 date. Before I leave, I am writing a letter to my senator for my family to Mail on July 16, 2008 incase I have not gotten an approval at that point.

What can they actually do? I know my congressman has called before but said they couldnt really do anything till 6 months past NOA-1.

but what can they actually do at that point..do you know?

Because you look around and like HOHOHO has been waiting like a year....and its a big fat mess? do we have ANY hope??

Today is 242 days for me. I amso tired of waiting. :crying::crying::crying:

The processing dates should have been updated yesterday but like everything else they are

behind in that too.

Keep your chins up. I was about 200 days at CSC. You have the advantage of online payment which should help speed things along for you. Wishing all of you a fast approval.

They are always behind in the processing dates!!!! I don't think I have EVER seen them actually posted on the 15th of the month like they are supposed to be....

02-11-2008- Received Hardcopy NOA1

08-14-2008- Approved!!! 216 days...

08-21-2008- NOA2 Hardcopy received

08-27-2008- NVC Receives file, NVC Case Number issued

09-05-2008- AOS Fee Bill and DS-3032 Generated

09-06-2008- E-mailed DS-3032 to NVC

09-11-2008- Received Hardcopy of DS-3032 and AOS Fee Bill

09-15-2008- Mailed Hardcopy of DS-3032

09-16-2008- Paid $70 AOS fee online

09-17-2008- Received E-mail confirming the DS-3032 Agent

Guys...something HAS to happen. It is only a matter of time before a huge group of us reaches 6 months past NOA1 and according to my congressman that is the magic number to act legally.... so. we will see :(
