need help for my dsform!!!

hello im going crazy here about the dsform 3032 i was trying to fill it out but i dont know what happened everytime i click it to print there was something wrong going on!!!

this is what happened when i was trying to fill it out my dsform 3032 with the supervision of my husband always came out wrong !!! there was a box that says :"i do not appoint an agent or an attorney to recieve mail about my application" so my husband told me to put "N/A"to that space because it was not applied to me,when i was done i click it to print but it came out wrong the space which i put "N/A" change into my last name then i tried again to change into" N/A" and print it again.. my married name become N/A as well on top....help me plssss from 9am till my husband fell asleep untill now 4pm i still cannot make it...is anybody has an experienced like this ???need reply here!! i would be very grateful to any answer

so that is what i mean if i will put N/A on the space of "country" my last name would come out N/A as well , when i change my last name into stewart the country space would come out stewart as well...that was what happened ......

You do not have to put N/A in that field. You have four options in your DS-3032

1. *I appoint _______________ as my agent or attorney...

*I do not appoint an agent or attorney...

*I have already legally migrated to the US...

*I no longer wish to apply for an immigrant visa

You select ONLY one of these options but you DO NOT HAVE TO write N/A on the ones you did not select.

The first option is what most usually select. It means that the person named here wiill be you agent. An agent basically is a person who will act on your behalf. The agent could be you, your husband, or an attorney.

Since a CR1/IR1 Visa is very involve at the NVC level, NVC recommends that the agent you select resides in the United States. They recommend this because of the amount of mails that will go back and forth between the agent and NVC.

I dont want to confuse you even more but if you want to get familiarize with the NVC process for CR1 click here.

Well, to avoid all those stressful situation I would print out the from and handwrite places they need to bee filled.

wow after all the stressed !!! somebody given me information that i should print it out ...or else the nvc will not accept my paper....but good thing i know that i can do handwritten to fill it out!!! thank you so much and noel and tintin i am so grateful that you are always there for me and very patient to gave information!!! see you tom tin!!!!...May the Lord God Bless us all!!!!

Yes I agree. This form can be hand-written if the computer/adobe is not cooperating. ;-)
