Group complaint to Ombudsman

Hi folks,

My wife and I have a NOA1 of Oct, 2007, at the californis csc, and we're still waiting. According to the uscis web site and the VJ info on this site, we should have heard something in Feb 08. We are going to contact the ombudsman and make a complaint, and we thought it would carry more weight if there were other couples out there who are in the same situation and would like to go in with us on the complaint. Any takers? If so, reply or send us a message!!! I will pen the complaint this weekend, and try to send it Monday.

Im really surprised your not approved, CSC is approving everything some in 16 days, pathetic!!! I dont understand none of this process. Im so sorry, I hope your luck changes, dont give up. Im about to email the acting director of USCIS and ask him what is going on with VSC. Just need to do research and find a email for him. Guess it can go to white house, maybe someone higher up will take a notice?? Oh well just a thought.

wow, that's odd! you should have been approved by now. sorry to hear and unfortunately my petition is at VSC who is probably way more behind than CSC. i hope you get results soon.
