I always take time to include my fellow VJer's in my daily prayers. My heart goes to everyone in here that's presently experiencing some more hurdles in their respective visa processing. I myself is worried about the would be outcome of my medical exam which I will do next week, May 26 & 27. However, I know God is good and all we need to do is to trust in Him.

"Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble." (Matthew 6:34)

AOS:

07/16/08 - filed AOS application

07/18/08 - received by USCIS

07/22/08 - USCIS mailed our NOA

07/24/08 - touched

07/25/08 - received NOA (AOS, EAD, AP)

07/29/08 - received ASC Appointment Notice (Biometrics)

08/09/08 - biometrics appointment

08/11/08 - I485 and I765 touched

09/17/08 - AP approved

09/19/08 - EAD approved, card already in production

09/24/08 - EAD card received

09/25/08 - SSN application

10/01/08 - received letter re: SSN card delivery in 2 weeks

10/06/08 - SSN Card received

02/17/09 - AOS Interview - APPROVED!

ROC:

11/19/10 - Submit requirements for Lifting of Conditions

11/22/10 - NOA1 received

12/22/10 - Biometrics Appointment

02/09/11 - ROC APPROVED!

02/10/11 - Green Card Received

US CITIZENSHIP:

12/19/11 - Submit requirements for US Citizenship

12/22/11 - NOA1 received

I am praying for them too. I cannot imagine how terrible they feel. Will they wait for another 6 months until the treatment session is over? I am so sorry to hear this news :( But i know God is a merciful God and He knows what is best for us. He wont give us trials that we cannot over come.

08-21-08 - Received Biometrics Appointment Letter
09-09-08 - Biometrics Appointment 10am Kansas City
09-18-08 - I-485 transferred to CSC (got an email from USCIS)
10-07-08 - EAD Touched
10-19-08 - My birthday / Found out I am Pregnant!
10-22-08 - Grief, Pain, Sadness
11-06-08 - EAD card ordered; AP approved (USCIS website)
01-16-09 - AOS Touched
02-23-09 - Green Card (conditional) and welcome letter received in the mail
02-24-09 - Got the job in boyce and bynum lab

they will be included in our prayers too.

i have been sulking too for it will a month now since my interview and i got no visa yet. but this post have made me realized that there are others who are facing greater challenges in the journey to be reunited with our loved ones.

i hope dbear's kids's x-ray results come out normal. i want to share that i was also devastated when i learnt of my daughter's positive tb skin test so she underwent a chest x-ray too. after a couple of sleepless night we went back for her result and it was normal. so i hope it will be the same case for you, gay.

we vjers must unite in grief and in joy.
