Scheduling of Interview Date -- Please help

We are waiting for the scheduling of our interview date for Guatemala and I have no information to go by since I am the only one going through Guatemala.

Our case was completed on 4/15. We are waiting for interview date and I have called NVC every day.

Do they update the recording on the phone about your case when they schedule your interview date or do I have to continue calling back every day to talk to a real live person????

I would call the operator and talk with them, our case was complete on March 25th and since then I was calling the live operator "every day" to find out for our interview. Call them, they are there for us, not we for them.

I spoke with NVC last night they told me to call the first of the week all the scheduling for the month would be done my then it depends on the Consualte not the NVC at this point Good Luck

The automated message will not tell you when your interview will be. It will only say that your case has been sent to the embassy. You have to speak with a live person to find out when you'll have your interview. Since your case was completed on 04/15, they've had plenty of time to schedule it with the embassy.
