last minute I-751

Hey everyone,

I'm sending the package tomorrow and I got a box of paper fasteners from office depot but the thing isn't long enough and I have to really bend the prongs. Also do I need to use the bottom tab dividers like everyone has been talking about? where do I get them if this is the case?

You do not have to use any of these - I sent in a package of about 40-50 pages and just used a big clip to hold everything together - my cover letter had everything identified by a number which I put on every document. Good Luck with whatever you choose.

I didn't use any clips, binders, tabs etc. Just a cover letter and everything that belongs together I stapled together.

uscis says do NOT use fasteners when you file the forms.

I'm sending mine next week and I haven't attached the cover letter... mm I'm not sure

it's already about 120 pages..

I used the AKKO fasteners too, Collie - but I was able to get the longer ones. I had looked at the shorter ones and suspected they might not be long enough. I suspect that if you can get them fastened, they will be fine - USCIS will transfer the documents to their own binders when they get them, so it is really just until they get the application and attachments in their hands.

I used just the regular multicoloured peel and stick tabs that you can get at any office supply company. I had a lot of different sections so I just inserted a blank page with a tab on the bottom in between each section so they could be readily identified and listed it in an index at the beginning.

All that being said and done, a large binder clip at the top is perfectly fine to hold it all together.
