OK, this goes out to those of you who had your fiancee (now wife) come here on the finacee visa as well as their child. I am trying to get the AOS forms together and wanted to know about the filing fees. Every where I look here on Visa Journey it talks about the applying for AOS for the now spouse, but what about a child. Do I apply an application for my wife and then one for my step daughter or do you put the daughter on one form like on the K-1 visa application. Do I need to pay an extra fee for my daughter? Please help! Any guidance is much appreciated. Thanks.

How old is your stepdaughter?

Children under 14 are $600.

So for a K1 and K2 child under 14 you would pay a total of $1010 + $600 = $1610

Yes, filled in separate forms and separate checks but mailed them in the same package.

Make sure you apply for an EAD for your step daughter so she can get a social security number!!

I don't know anything about the I-130

I was a K1 visa....Hopefully someone will come along and help...

Yes, you also need to file a separate I-130 for the step-child along with a separate set of G-325 forms that go with it.
