Hi,

I'm new here and I don't know where to post my intro but I guess I will do it here. I'm not familiar with this site and I was wondering if anyone can help me establish a timeline and figure out where I am at the moment. To make it short, I recently received a confirmation letter from NVC they received my visa petition. In the letter there's a bill to pay for the AOS and also and the "Choice of Address & Agent". I also received a "CASE NUMBER". Can anyone help me figure out approximately how long left we have to wait? I'm suppose to mail this in ASAP but I want to get some feedbacks and information before I take any actions. Any help would be appreciated.

If you want the fastest possible NVC experience, then you MUST READ THIS:

Instead of 3-4 months, it will take you 1-2 months, depending on how much paperwork you can put together ahead of time. We started at NVC on May 6th and we are about half way done already! Doing everything via internet is the way to go!

05/01/2008 I-130 NOA2 (approval) from CSC!

I-129f

02/06/2008 I-129f sent

05/30/2008 I-129f NOA2 (approval)--too late!

Welcome to VJ, this site helped to a lot of us to get our papers done in NVC in a shorter time then usual and it will help you too if you correctlly follow the instructions. Check this link out http://www.visajourney.com/examples/NVC_Pr...wchart_v1-2.pdf its showing how the process goes.
