Issuing Date & Expiration Date on Visa Question

Hi we have a question concerning the I-485, part one on the line which indicates Current USCIS Status and the next area over says "Expires On". Her Visa says expires on 06/26/2008 (issuing date is jan 8, 2008). Do we go by this when adding info or by the 90 days? which would be 04/29/08.

We were just double checking accuracy and our documents before mailing. Thanks ~ David

Expiration date on the I-94, NOT the visa.

As far as I understand the form, it refers to the expiration of the I-94 since your visa is not valid anyway after you used it to enter the US.
