we have only seen trickle of approvals from Vermont the whole month not just this week. The only thing that comes to mind is that they are taking turns where California is going to approve this month and Vermont is going to approve next month as to not inundate NVC.

Kman, come back to earth, VSC has done NOTHING NOTHING for us family petitioners, maybe 1 or 2 in the past couple of months, only K1 at record speed.

Kman, dont be offended, Im tired, depressed that a bottle of prozac cant help me now. It just feels so hopeless.

For a strong woman, I feel like a child crying for her dolly.

Hugs,

Paris

I don't have any plan to come back to earth until I see my wife.

I've never know a system treat something that is so important to people with such ............. cant think of the right word so I'll just use #######! The worst thing is not knowing when, when will we get approval, when will we get NOA-1 (took me 3 and a half months), when will we get our lives back? Always when! And know way of knowing. Then you see CSC squeezing approvals out of their ####### like they've eaten a vindaloo the night before! And as for the K-1!!!!!!!!!!! Again - nothing personal - wish we'd bloody done it now!

OK - there is no point in venting anymore, just going to make me more angry. And Heroes is on the TV now.

So am gonna turn off the computer for tonight. Fingers crossed for all of our approvals at Vermont soon. Well, K-3 and CR-1/IR-1's anyway - BECAUSE IT'S OUR BLOODY TURN!!!!!!!!!

Goodnight all

The sad issue here is that even when VSC start processing, they're now going to have such a bloody backlog, they'll have to work like maniacs to make it up.

By the way .... I've joined the pissed off club for a bit .... so now I'm pissy and I too am going to drink wine tonight .... the brandy just ain't working anymore, so I'm changing my drink.

Am thinking I should've dated politicians when I was younger .... I would've had someone to call and force into helping sort this mess out ..... especially if I had photos of them in girls knickers!

Does anyone on this forum have pictures of politicians in girls knickers ???? we could sure do with a hand right now

Pisses me off beyond belief about the K-1's getting approved so fast. They are not even married yet! Yeah, of course I am happy to see approvals, I am. But when I have been waiting over 8 months now, and some others have waited longer, and still no approval then I'm sorry but seeing a K-1 get approved in a month or so makes me sick. Nothing personal to those of you on K-1. ####### is going on with the K-3 too? Designed to bring families together quicker - what a load of BS! Maybe they meant the K-1? I know we all feel this and at some time have all said it, but it's good to vent sometimes.

For all our sanity at VSC we had better see some real action soon. How can they leave people behind like this? How does a K-1 take priority over a K-3 or a CR-1? Does'nt make sense!

OK - am done! Been feeling pissed off today about all this more than normal.

Good luck all.

Dave

Dave, I know what you mean about the K-1.

Just keep in mind that you just sent back your RFE info, which means that someone was actually working on your case! And you got recent touches.

So big chance your NOA2 is on its way.

Maybe not the I-129F (considering their MO past months), but at least the I-130.

Cat, thanks .... now I'm laughing too.

I read what I wrote after I posted it and actually it doesn't sound anywhere as pissed off as it was meant to

..... not a bad idea though.

If my single sister was over there'd, I'd ask her to 'go find' .... off she'd go, and before we knew it, there would be a whole bunch of various poses in lacy undies from all the favourite Senators on disk all ready and waiting to go to the papers unless we had approvals

I think we'd all be approved overnight and our spouses would be delivered by private jet with their greencards in hand and large smiles

Maybe we can all get together sometime when all of this is over, and recollect all our visa mayhem stories over a frozen margarita.

That would be good.
