Looks like there is a lull in any activity at VSC.

I have not seen any posts from anyone this week regarding touches, approvals, etc.

What's going on?!?!

My case continues to sit on the officers desk collecting dust.

I have had some activity this week from VSC. Last Thursday our case resumed processing after an RFE. After that we had a few touches the following days. So I guess something is happening.

Im glad they resumed on your case Dave, but for the rest of us, we are at a loss. I hope your approved soon, dont be surprised if you get hardcopy of approval in mail soon, too much effort on VSC part to send you a email.

Well Vermont does work, only it seems specially on the I-129F's for K-1.

I just saw one of my countrymen, a February filer. They got approved in less than a month for a (I-129F for) K-1.

And I know we should be happy for anyone that gets a yes. But still this pissed me off bigtime.

Oh well. I just got a nice glass of wine.

Maybe they are gearing up for a week full of approvals next week.

Cheers!

I know Paris.

Just trying to be positive.

Also, all these petitions cannot just be put on hold, so I am convinced this forum will see some VSC approvals for I-130 for IR-1/CR-1 and/or (I-130 and hopefully finally also I-129F) for K-3's soon. It is only common sense.

Keep your chin up girl, k?

Pisses me off beyond belief about the K-1's getting approved so fast. They are not even married yet! Yeah, of course I am happy to see approvals, I am. But when I have been waiting over 8 months now, and some others have waited longer, and still no approval then I'm sorry but seeing a K-1 get approved in a month or so makes me sick. Nothing personal to those of you on K-1. ####### is going on with the K-3 too? Designed to bring families together quicker - what a load of BS! Maybe they meant the K-1? I know we all feel this and at some time have all said it, but it's good to vent sometimes.

For all our sanity at VSC we had better see some real action soon. How can they leave people behind like this? How does a K-1 take priority over a K-3 or a CR-1? Does'nt make sense!

OK - am done! Been feeling pissed off today about all this more than normal.

Good luck all.

Dave

I feel like USCIS has abadoned us married couples, family first yeah right, not in the USA. Im done ranting for now, but I will be back.

Kman, come back to earth, VSC has done NOTHING NOTHING for us family petitioners, maybe 1 or 2 in the past couple of months, only K1 at record speed.

Kman, dont be offended, Im tired, depressed that a bottle of prozac cant help me now. It just feels so hopeless.

For a strong woman, I feel like a child crying for her dolly.
