It would be nice if they'd informed us all along that if you had to pay you would be getting a paper check.

QUESTION; they rejected to give ahmed the itn number so they removed him as exemption and went ahead and sent my return weeks ago, now since its just me again will i get this check

Ours came in last week so we still have the money, trying to find something not made in China to spend it on, is gasoline, natural gas, and electricity made in China. Since those rates have more than doubled in the last year, it's just going right back to the energy companies.

Our daughter got screwed, she turned 18 last August, we claimed her as a dependent, and as a dependent, that $3,500 extra deduction wasn't quite enough, even for eight months, but since she turned 18, we did not get that extra 300 bucks. Neither did she, even though she paid taxes on well over that 3,000 buck minimum, someone else claimed her as a dependent, so she wasn't eligible. That's 300 bucks less that Exxon will receive, so I guess the bottom line is that Exxon is getting screwed.

whoo hoo.. it finally recognizes us.... :dance: we are only getting 600 bucks but that is better then nothing :thumbs:

says it should be mailed out by July 11... it will be used to pay of at least one doctor bill and maybe fix our car... it keeps overheating :wacko:

Here is my story. I've lived problem free life, payed my taxes. One day I decided to marry this girl. But to do so would require her to come to US of A, and so it started. My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months. All logical thinking was out the door, as I filed my papers withing famous Vermont Centre!

Same here. Once we got the letter stating it was going to be mailed on June 27th, it really was.

Rant on: :ranting: *Augh* Geez, don't send a letter telling me you're sending the money, JUST SEND IT- what a collosal waste of resourses - save the trees! Who thought that this annoying and wasteful process was a good idea?
