All:

I am inviting all of you who filed n400 application in Texas Service Center to know each other timeline and progress...

Below is the timeline of my N400 application:

3/9/2008- Sent it by Mail FROM Kuwait (APO) to Mesquite TX.. This took 21 days before received

3/31/2008 - Touched

4/9/2008- checked cash

4/16/2008 - Received NOA, letter stated that they will return by check the extra fees they received from me. I will be notified if they need anything from me..

Current Status: Case received and pending.

Until now, I am still waiting for any appointment for biometrics or other kind of stuff.My case is a little bit different because I am filing N400-thought 319b of INA. I am working overseas when I received my conditional GC and will file lifting of condition by the end of July because my card will expire on 16 November 2008.

My question is:

1. I had included Fingerprint cards in the packet..This was done in the US Embassy kuwait. Will this be the reason why there is a delay on my timeline??

2. Do I still need to do biometrics even if I sent the FD 258 included in the N400 packet ?

3. Do I still need to file Petition to Remove Condition even If I have case pending for nATURALIZATION??

More details please, how do you qualify for naturalization when you have been LPR for less than 2 years?

Typically a green card holder can file for citizenship after having LPR status when married and residing with a US Citizen for 3 years. A CR-Green card is only for 2 years, so I-751 is needed to be filed to remove conditions 1 year before can file N-400.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

recognized by the Attorney General;

engaged in the development of foreign trade and commerce

for the United States;

the United States is a member by law or treaty; or

religious denomination or an interdenominational

organization with a valid presence in the United States

and You will be proceeding to join your spouse whose work

abroad under orders of the qualifying employer will

continue for at least 1 year after the date you will be

naturalized. Form N-400 should be filed prior to departing

I fall under 319b of Immigration and Nationality Act because we both work overseas for a US Company assigned overseas.

I dont have to stay in the US for 3 years.. The rest of the page will explain it to you..

For a better understanding also you can look up for 319b online.. There is a lot of articles explaining how 319b is.
