So hey :)

My medical is coming up on the 26th at Seidens.

I want to have my medical results mailed to me, Toronto is an hour away and expensive to park and what not and I don't really have the time to be driving there 2 days later to pick up my results.

I know I can have them mailed to me but do I need to bring an envelope or anything or do they provide that?

If I do, what size, etc?

Also, they take cash, correct?

I wish I could answer you specifically for Dr. Seiden. My fiance went to London for his. Yes, they took cash. I think he was told to bring his own envelope. His results were sent pretty quick too, like only a few days after his appointment. It all went really smoothly. I have heard that some doctor offices have the envelopes there for you to purchase, but I wouldn't count on that (what if they run out?).

I was at Dr. Seiden's in October 2006. They took ONLY Cash, and I paid an extra $20 for them to send it to me. I believe they used a carrier service.

Did not have to provide my own envelope.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY LAURA!! Sorry for the late reply, I was in Montreal for my sister's wedding and Glen flew in too what a great weekend! Anyhow, I saw Dr. S a few weeks ago and I brought an extra $20 cash (so $205 total) and all you do is fill in a form with your address where to send the results, I got it 2 days later! It arrives in a large FEDEX box. My medical went smoothly, I'm sure yours will too! Good luck!
