Did SLEC keep your passport?

Did SLEC keep your passport? On K1 guide by the Sheriff, it says that St Lukes will keep the passport and forward it to the US Embassy along with your result. I was just wondering if they do the same thing for CR1 like us because on our checklist, one of the things we need to bring is our passport. That's kinda impossible if SLEC will take the passport. Many Thanks.

Thanks Mhay. I thought it might be the same as it said on the K1 guide but you know... assumptions are dangerous.

Yeah Jonah did mention she met you. She said the same thing about you. :-)

My wife will have her medical on Tuesday May 20. She will be flying from GenSan to Manila on Monday.

She would have loved to meet you and Jonah but she was in Davao today and yesterday taking care of school transcripts she would need to bring with her to the US.

We're near the finish line. Im so excited!! Good luck to you and Thanks again!

Hello there,

On the first day they wont keep the passport but will keep it on the second day after they gave her the xray film and the vaccination record.

However, it would be best if she just arrive by lunch or after lunch as it's less people and shorter line compared with the early morning.

I've been there, after lunch and finished before 5pm. And some also did that, went there by lunch or after lunch and finished by 5 or 6pm.

Good luck, hope everything will be fine with her medical.
