hey guys...

How do you think do i need to have the evidences of your on-going relationship with my husband for the K-3 interview. My husbands supposes it is not necessary at all because: we have and I-130 NOA-2 approved, and cause the Americans already could get convinced in our true relationship, I mean they checked all info and there is no reason to bring again all 100000 documents to the interview...

Tell me please what is the best option?

thanks in advance

USCIS rules on whether you are legally married. The Consular officer decides whether the "relationship" is bona fide and ongoing. As such, it is wise to bring evidence of an ongoing relationship, like evidence of visits, pictures together and ongoing communication like phone bills or email/chat examples. 100 pages is probably overkill. 1,000 is crazy and 100,000 will kill YOU and the horse you rode in on.
