I don't know who the second woman is, to be honest. But the first is a possiblity. He needs someone with links to the South.

Janet Napolitano is ranked as one of the top 5 governors in the country, won her second term by an overwhelming majority and is well liked among Republicans and Independents. She endorsed Obama back in January...I think she'd make a fine VP.

I've been reading 'American Theocracy' by Kevin Phillips. Makes a convincing argument that a Southerner on the ticket is increasingly necessary.

...and it will help to appease the number of Hillary supporters who felt she was unfairly targeted because she was a woman.
