Hello to everyone...I finely finished our K-1 petition last night..well actually this morning I left work for 2 hours to come home to finish it and overnight it to California so I could get the process going :D. When I got back to work I was relieved and excited it was on its way....only problem is I kept running everything through my head to make sure I did not leave anything out because I stayed up all night working on it. Then I realized the thing I forgot was to put our names on the back of the passport size photos :o I can not believe I did that because Geraldyn even reminded me to do it :bonk: I tried to get everything perfect so that hopefully I...WE might have avoided any RFE's. Will this be a problem?..Will it get sent back? I can not believe I missed that...I went over everything like 15 times and my HONEY even reminded me. Well I am still happy I finally got it sent in. Any thoughts or experience on this would be appreciated, I just don't want to think I brought us bad luck allready . Thanks again, Ray.

I would just make sure, you have another set of passport photos with names on it this time. All ready to send of just in case you get an RFE.

Good luck

Funny, I can see myself before, just like Geraldyn making sure everything was neat and complete 'coz my fiance' hates paperworks. If I remember it right, I even sent him extra photo plastic for his passport pic. :P

Best of luck on your journey!

It really doesn't matter - I also didn't put any names on our photos - they were able to tell who was the petitioner and the beneficiary without any problems. Don't worry about these things - if you miss something and have an RFE - you correct it then - its part of the process. RFE typically would add another week or 10 days delay - so its not a big deal when you consider the 4 to 6 months process for most. Relax and Good Luck
