Can anyone who has applied for Removal of Condition can get a I-551 stamp or do we have to show proof that we have a trip comiing up that involves traveling outside of the country?

I don't think you have to. I went to get Stamp last week and i had the infopass. She looked at paperwork, all the NOA's but i never got one because she said i was approve and should have my 10 year card in couple weeks but I think you only need to show your NOA's and passport. I did tell her that i am teaveling but she never asked for any proof of travel

if you have not received an NOA extending your current green card - or if your current NOA is about the expire because it has been a year since you submitted your I-751 application, you should have no problem getting the I-551 stamp. You don't need to have a trip coming up - you just need to have a situation where you do not have proof of your legal status in the US and require the stamp as proof.
