Hey all,

I am ready to do our AOS package,

It's pretty straight forward,

Mar 10th K1 approval, Mar 22nd Entry to US, Apr 25th Married,

My concern is the I-864, Affidavit of Support supporting documents,

Do I have get "all new" OR more "up to date" items,

1. Employer Letter, date account opened, deposit amount in the last year, present balance.

2. Bank Letter, start date, position, salary.

3. Last 3 years IRS Tax transcripts.

4. Will 2-3 pay-stubs do, or will I need 6 months ?

Do I need new letters ?

Do the letters have to be notarized ?

Can I use the Tax transcripts that I obtained in Feb for 2004-2006 taxes ?

I have phtocopies of my 2004-2006 IRS tax transcripts,

Can I use what I had for my I-134 ?

Thanks

Miduvil

I was going through this as well and got majorly confused. Somewhere i was reading they want the W2s from the past years?? I have the tax filing transcripts for this year and the last 3 years. I can ask work for a new one but the one that i will be sending is dated March of this year anyway so any real reason to send a new one? Paystubs.. no biggie. easy enough to get more current ones.

If you are sending IRS transcripts then you don't need W2s. If you are sending the tax return for this year that you filled in yourself then you will also need to send the W2. We just sent this year's return and got an RFE for his W2.
