Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

It was "art" IMO, and pretty cool to boot. Since it looks like it was done with chalk and a shot with a hose would clean it I wouldn't call it vandalism either.

Since it was obvious that it took an entire day to do this I doubt that he could have gotten away with it without some athority noticing. My bet is he had permission.

very relevant. Its cool but nevertheless its vandalism. No reason they couldnt of expressed there artistic ability in a professional way unstead of using public property.
