The A Number

Hello everybody

finally we are together and we just got married me and my lovely angel

i was surfing in the website today and i went around the example forms section , read some of them and start to see that A number item to fill out , i believe that I've seen it before but i don't know if we will need it or not when applying for adjustment of status .

so, here is my question :

what is that "A number" means

where/when/how to GET IT ?

You can find it on your NOA2. It is in the upper right corner.
