Einstein disagreed with Niels Bhor on the quantum theory. However, Neils Bhor was right on quantum mechanics acting weirder than regular mechanics.

Einstein and Neils got into a strong debate. Einstein still don't believe in the quantum theory, or he out right refused to accept it.

So, Einstein is biased in his dicision of what's right and wrong. It doesn't really matter.

That's pretty obvious. More so to some than others, apparently.

It's quite all right to have an opinion.

It's quite rude to insist you're right when your opinion is questioned by someone who is more qualified to state facts.

I made a few mistakes in that one, and I think I acknowledged that on the points where I was wrong.

give it up already...you are never going to convince Rebecca to keep a gun in her house or run around carrying one. The fact that she isn't comfortable with them is MORE the reason she shouldn't have one in her house or on her person.

As to the point, it's still my opinion I don't like guns and think some changes need to be made regarding ownership of them.

BUT I was clearly incorrect in a lot of my assumptions regarding guns, and I learned a lot about them in that 'famous' thread.

It's always good to learn - even if you don't agree.

I find it totally uneccessary when people who DO have guns like to belittle those of us who aren't comfortable with them saying we'll be the stupid/sorry ones when we get attacked in our homes. As if it's a foregone conclusion.

1) I didn't get guns until I actually shot 6 different kinds of them a few weekends back. They are actually really fun. Except 12 gauge shotguns. They are the work of Satan himself.

2) Despite that, I have no interest in owning a gun, but now I understand why other people might. As for home protection, I am an absolutely garbage shot, so I would probably blow up my TV before a home intruder.
