doesn't matter white or blue, they need more evidence of proof of ongoing relationship..like phone records ,pictures of 2 of you ,emails, letters sent to each other in mail etc.

letters from parents or relatives to show your relation is valid enough.

gather info and get it ready and send it fast !

Good Luck!!

Desigal is right the color doesn't matter. My husband received the white 221g on April 15th. He was called by the Consulate on April 28th and was told to bring documets from the beginning of our relationship on April 30th. After that interview, he was told all looked good, as it turns out, he was put on AP for which I believe is the Security Check :) (AT LEAST I HOPE SO)

On Friday May 9th, I received an email from the Consulate saying that the AP was complete and "they would contact him by phone shortly regarding his application" I can only hope it's a good sign. Just supply them with the items they are requesting and BEST OF LUCK!! :D

hello friends

got white 221g on a4 size paper. and asked more relation proof.

The problem is, the officer has serious doubts about your relationship. They asked a very valid question, how does someone meet on yahoo messenger? Random IMs ? That is a real question that needs some addressing. It is one thing to meet on a website such as face book, myspace, and other websites that are designed for and encourage meeting new people but to say you just pulled a screen name out of a hat and started a conversation is a bit strange. The way you answered the question saying you met on Yahoo messenger with no prior contact would make anyone wonder. How did you get their IM sceen name if you never knew the person? To be honest and I hate to say it this way, but I believe you did not get any responses on your first 2 or 3 post is because many of us probably have the same doubts as the officer. The answers to their questions seem very strange, and the way you approached everyone was asking "what are the correct answers" as if it was some sort of test that their are general answers for. Everyones case is different and the answers to their questions can only be addressed by the couple themselves, there is no cheat sheet.

:yes:Exactly...

It would be a good idea to have the petitioner explain how u met in writing and for you to go though the answer a few times as a third person. Does your answer seem like a valid way to have met someone? Thats what the CO thinks too. Think of all the things you can show to prove your relationship. If u hv known each other for 8 years, there are a 1000 things that can work as evidence. Get letters from your family talking about their relationship with her and her family talking about the relationship they have with you (u talk on the phone etc)..

Even if u submitted all the phone bills, cards, letters, receipts of gifts etc... submit them again and this time label them with date and the location. That can help.

Don't lie, be honest, a casual answer like that would be a red flag. All the best to both of you...

No we did not have a 2nd interview, infact coz Daniel raised hell at the Consulate 30 minutes after the interview.. They took my our evidence back and also the 221g (realising they did not want to leave any proof of what they had done to us).. I was granted vise on the 2nd day..
