Anyone know a good agent for cheap flights to Ukraine ? going in july during the high season and on the net i find the cheapest about 1400 person... thanks in advance

I don't think you'll find anything cheaper, the cheapest flight the friend of mine got for the begining of June is $1200 from JFK NY the Aerosvit is the cheapest company you can check on their web page

I'm afraid it won't be any cheaper, especially if you're flying from California.

My friends and I sometimes buy tickets from www.cinderellatravel.com (you'd need to call them.) It's a New York- based company but sometimes have good deals to Russia/Ukraine.

And yes, Aerosvit is the cheapest but if Delta will be not much more expensive, fly it. Delta also has a non-stop flight to NYC and their plans are much more comfortable than Aerosvit's (as much as I'd like to support Ukr.Air Business )

I'm paying $1,672 to go to St. Petersburg in July (with departure from Kiev to USA).

Similar itinerary only cost $1,005 in February.

Even domestic flights there are expensive.

They wanted $740 for two one-way tickets from St. Petersburg to Dnepetrovsk, Ukraine.

Wound up paying $450 for two tickets from Moscow to Dnepetrovsk.

Depends on where you are flying from out of USA, but with increased airfare price hikes (4 of them since Jan 1, 2008 by airlines)and you are going during peak tourist travel summer season you may not have much options. Even if you book out in advance many months, I do know from experience that if you are going to try and get a ticket for May, June, July or August now, it is going to be very hard to find a low airfare, you need to get it bought by Jan-Mar cause they fill up and sell out fast or go up in price after March.

Might try AAtravel in Detroit, Michigan, and ask for Oksana or any of the travel reps in there, they are all from Ukraine or Russia and usually are able to find good flights for you with the lowest rate out there.

Might try www.aatravelinc.com in Detroit, Michigan, 1-866-422-8728 and ask for Galina or Oksana or any of the travel reps in there, they are all from Ukraine or Russia and usually are able to find good flights for you with the lowest rate out there. [/b]

try cheapoair.com found most cheapest tickets yet altough you'll have to wait like 6 hours at some airport.
