Well like its been explained yet again, history has cause and history has effects. By simple common sense any logical reader can associate the current calendar year as the effects of yesterday's causes.

Sure as hell doesn't explain why so many black Americans I have spoken to in the South have quite a different attitude to those living in northern inner cities. But then again according to you personal experience is irrelevant and anecdotal of course..

First off it wasn't a question. And I got your implication - that you know something I don't about why that particular organisation was brought into being, presumably out of some sort of necessity or other justifiable reason.

Cause and effect are two concepts that have been explained to you countless times in these threads. Choosing not to follow a logical course of reality is not exactly an excuse to open up one's own blastopore.

Yes I get it. Segregation is responsible for the current high incarceration rate of Black American youth. Clearly the 60's is responsible for 37 shootings over 3 days in Chicago..

Well at least you are on the cause and effect train- too bad you are using one statistical fact as an excuse to misrepresent reality. Not all of those 37 victims, for example, were African American residents of the ghetto you despise; nor all shooters came from the ghetto you fail to understand.

So, if you want to try and rationalize one thing, perhaps you could try and think things through a bit more. Like, segregation being an institutional practice, not just the 60's, and racial discrimination, racism, back and back, and then forward on to what dumba$$es fail to imagine are attitutes that result in the receiving end of the population after generations of people have been aclimatized to such ridiculous human behavior.

You seriously wouldn't know what equality meant if it slapped you in the face and spun you round. All I ever hear from your ilk is ####### about institutional racism etc etc. Yet when someone black like Wright is racist then well I obviously just don't get black culture.

My good friend who is actually South African does not get American black culture..

I don't think it was your spelling skills that were being questioned; but rather your highlighting, emphasis, and implication which are suspect and in very good keeping with the nature of the thread's theme. Plus, maybe a little bit of trying to explain how one thing does not equal something else due precisely to the context and more importantly, the reality of history.

I do not see an issue with a group whose sole purpose is the advancement to equality with everyone else in current society, of one race. You need to be precise with the reality of what this society is; and clearly it is not an equal scenario.

I also do not see an issue with members of one race that are at a historical and current disadvantage, receiving incentives, education, and training, in acquiring the means for self-improvement. That, BY, is called advancement.
