Hello everyone!

I'm in the US under a K-1 and getting married next Friday :D

I have a little question though... Am I allowed to drive under my K-1?

Am I gonna be allowed to drive until the 90 validity days of my K-1 are over?

Thanks for your help!

Most states allow you to drive for up to a year (some 6 months only) on your foreign drivers license. Check with your state DMV for how long they allow it. When you go to get the state drivers license - then it may be issued to expire with your current EAD or greencard or I94 - so watch out for the expiration on that. Good Luck

I didn't ask to anyone I only drove with my foreign DL while I was waiting for EAD. I think I was so lucky because of I didn't have any trouble with the police. Or any reason for they would ask for me DL.

I have read that in the most of the states of US driving with a foreign DL is permitted for at least 3 months.]

Good luck.
