My fiancé received his visa today from DHL! However, at the bottom of the visa under "Annotation" it says, "Petition valid through 04Jul2008." Does anyone know what this means? He is planning on arriving in the states July 5th or 6th. Will this cause a problem at the POE? The Visa expiration date clearly states 07Nov2008, but my fiancé is worried that he's going to have problems when he enters the country. Do all visas have this annotation??

maybe it was referring to the expiration of the approved I129-F petition that was forwarded to the embassy from VSC....not the actual approved visa

The visa should be valid for 6 months. Since your petition was approved on 3/4/08 it is only valid for 4 months which would put it at 7/4/08.

Your visa was issued in May which would mean it would expire in November.

You should be fine :thumbs:
