im leaving for the states on the 23rd this month. i am driving... i have the paperwork for my car saying that it meets us emissions and safety. do i need to make a list of all the items im bringing with me in my car? are there any other documents i need to fill out or anything else i need to do in terms of what they need at POE?

Officially Engaged December 24th, 2007!!!

Moved to the U.S. to be with my baby on July 19th, 2008 on a K1 visa!!!!

Everyone seems to have their own experience on this issue. Best to make a list, and don't forget to put serial numbers for electronic items. Chances are, you won't have to show them anything, but what if they did ask for your list??? I can't imagine it would be fun to unpack and make up lists in the parking lot at Customs! :blink:
