No shoes in the house  During the winter I will wear socks, in the summer I go barefoot. Same for wearing socks to bed.

Sounds like me

In the summer, I usually only wear flip flops - but as soon as I see a patch of grass, I take them off and walk barefoot.

I was surprised to see that you are not allowed to go grocery shopping without shoes in the States. We were hanging out in the garden and felt thirsty, so we jumped into the car, me without shoes. And then I had to stay in the car in front of the store, like a dog, because I wasn't allowed it :crying:

barefoot in the house

sometimes, like when im putting the garbage out at the curb

no socks

I am the same as Troll. But my tender feet can barely handle the smallest stone. The grass even hurts my feet.

I wear shoes in the house but not the shoes I wore the whole day. I change into flip flops as soon as I get home. I don't go out barefoot because the bottoms of my feet are too tender. I can't walk on the gravel. If I were in grass or something soft I could manage it. I do wear socks to bed sometimes when it's really cold. I just recently started doing that this winter. I used to cringe at the thought of wearing socks to bed.

Just couldn't stay my @ss away!

no shoes in the house. but i do wear slippers or flipflops/sandals if i'm not barefoot.

barefoot sometimes outside. in CA in our backyard or something. not in NYC.

i also cannot sleep with socks on. something about it annoys me and if its cold i'll try to wear them but sometime during the night i'll peel them off!

Never shoes in the house. Depending on room temperature it's either barefoot, slip-off slippers in case my feet get hot, and only if it's cold will I wear sock inside.

Outside by me I would never go barefoot, but that's because it's a busy street with heaven knows what on the ground. But I like to go barefoot at my folks where they have a nice grassy yard.

To bed I rarely wear socks; it has to be REALLY cold or I'm ill.

Usually barefoot in the house. I only wear socks in the house/to bed if my feet are cold. That's rare but happens a couple times a year. I'll wear slippers sometimes while cooking and standing on the hard tile.

Suj won't walk barefoot on our tile, he slips flip flops on and off every time going from tile to the carpet.

I'll walk out to our front porch and driveway barefoot, but there are fire ants here so it's not a great idea to walk around outside too much w/o any shoes on.

barefoot. When I come home I walk to the computer room where's the closet where my shoes are and take them off. I never wear them in the house for more than 3 minutes, I just hate wearing shoes period. Sometimes when I grocery shop I bring upstairs all the cold food and put them away then I take my shoes off and do the rest. When I go dowsntairs I wear flip flops because Charles cat has pooped on that yuck carpet a million times and it's just gross to walk barefoot.

Charles walks around the house with his shoes on and it p!sses me off, specially because he goes outside in the lawn and comes with dirt on his shoes. But he has no notion of neatness, so oh well.

no.

no. too hot.

Neither one of us wears shoes inside, nor do our guests for that matter. Our apt has white carpet and the last thing we need is for it to be black.

I also don't wear them because I prefer to be barefoot - although I DON'T wear them outside since I live in an apt, but I always did at my mom's house since she has a huge backyard (with SOFT grass).

No socks in bed for either of us.

Shoes do not belong on in the inside of a home, check them at the door. I do sometimes walk around outside barefoot. I like my feet to breathe and be free whilst sleeping, so no socks in bed.
