Medium rare - medium. I like it pink and juicy, but not really bloody. Our chef at the restaurant does the best steak I have tasted EVER.

I've eaten quite a bit of steak in many, many restaurants and they have never bettered his steaks. Never had one sent back, either.

Steak isn't my favorite food, but I like it medium well after reading a fun article of a man's experience with a beef tapeworm.

I like it medium but warm in the middle. I read that same article. I can safely say that I think I'd rather shoot myself than deal with a beef tapeworm.

Medium rare.

I find steak a little hit and miss here, at least in the UK. In a restaurant I'll usually choose the lamb or pork over the steak. The UK seems to be better at cooking lamb.
