Another one of those polls I can't answer......HATE steak. If I HAD to eat it, it would be burnt to a crisp like jerky and floating in ketsup!!!!!

That's how I remember it done in the Philippines, except we float it in soy sauce. But, I think it's because of the quality of beef that we have there. The really good quality meat are too expensive.

But, when we got here, I learned to appreciate a good piece of steak and usually have it medium rare.
