What do you guys think?

- I751 Filled and signed

- Copy of my wife's GC (front and back)

- check for $545

- Jointly filed taxes for last two years (2006/2007)

- Copy of our health insurance card showing both of our names

- Letter from my IRA company showing my wife as a beneficiary

- Copy of a bank check which has both of our names

- Pictures from several different occassions/vacations

- 6 affidavit letters from family / friends.

- Greeting cards/invitation cards/thank you cards addressed to both of us

- Copy of credit card bills showing both of us

- copy of cell phone bill showing both of us

- Copy of several itineraries for the trips we took together

Since we live in a joint family, lot of the usual evidence (house/utility,etc.) is under mine and my dad's name only. I hope all this is enough.

BTW what is RFE?

do you have bills, memberships etc.. that are just in your name and some in just in your spouse's name?? these are good to send in too as they usually show that you live at the same address...

and do you have any copies of bank statements that show you have a joint account??

other then that the list looks good

Yes, bank statements on that joint account showing joint usage of that account; a letter from your father explaining the 'joint family' living arrangements; any health bills paid from joint account for her; have you added her to any pension or insurance policies? You could also write your wills naming each your beneficiary/executors; any of the cell phone bills show her using it for calls home? does she drive? If so, is she added to the driver's insurance as well as a driver's license? Any travel evidence (flight tickets, etc.) from those holidays together? Your evidence is good but you may need more of it.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

I did have a copy of the check which shows both of us. Also had the health insurance card as well. I don't have any pension or insurance policies. I do have copy of phone bills, credit card bills. She doesn't drive so no insurance. I did include plenty of travel evidence. Flight itineraries for several trips. Pictures from the trips as well.
