I was rather amused by your comment here:

The correct answer they want is the right to vote, ha, I kind of thought it was the right to bear arms, but that right is rapidly being taken away.

When my hubby was giving me a civics 101 quiz the other day, he asked me this question and my response -- seriously, my knee-jerk reaction -- was "the right to bear arms"... my hubby almost fell off his chair laughing. It's now become the "guess what she answered this one as?" joke...

Btw, I plan to say "vote" if asked in the actual interview...

That question is awfully subjective. What answer did you give, and was it judged "correct"?

it was the right to vote!!

i brought with me tons of paperwork, from k1 to the citizenship paperwork but the officer never asked to see anything else except my GC. not complaining, though.

Thanks! I will be removing conditions at the end of this year. Then once I'm done with college in 2 years time, I'm going to start the process of becoming a citizen. can't wait.

Do you suppose if you are a female and the interviewer was a male, and you answered, yes, he would ask you, how much? My wife was a little bit insulted when I asked her that question helping her fill out that form.

Think they would have caught her in that four hour strip search when she first arrived her with this question:

c. Sold or smuggled controlled substances, illegal drugs or narcotics?

my grandpa was really insulted when i told him that i was asked that question for my k1 visa. i just had to laugh, boy, if i were a prostitute, then there won't be any business for me. hahahaha!!! they'd want refunds and probably compensation for hanging out with me. hahahaha!!
