hello

for affidavit of support I 134 is it possible to get it outside of states.

My spouse is coming to my country soon and wait until the visa is approved. so when my spouse is outside of USA is it possible to get all the tax returns and affidavit of support I-134 becasue that is necessary while applying for the visa.

I think it will be easiest for your spouse to complete the I-134 before traveling. The IRS mails the tax transcript to the address where you last filled your taxes. W2 are usually forms that people keep in their personal records so your spouse should gather this before his/her trip. If they can't find it they can request it from their employer (again probably mailed to their US address or available for pick up). It usually doesn't take too long to get the I-134 completed if your spouse: (1) requests tax transcripts immediately (2) drafts the employer letter and (3) drafts the bank letter; its quicker than having someone write the letter themselves, they can edit as needed.
