Have You Traveled With It?

Not sure if this is OK to post here, but, do feel free to move it if you deem necessary.

Anyone here who had the I-551 stamp before receiving the greencard itself in the mail, travel with it? What were your experiences?

I am leaving for Manila on Saturday to see my dad, who just got a kidney transplant. I wanted to wait for the GC, but he's sick. And God was really kind having this AOS approved so close to his surgery, that I had to go, not wanting to regret anything. I haven't been to Manila in almost 10-years. I've heard so many things have changed.

Thanks for the input, guys. :star:

My wife travelled with it twice to Thailand and back without a hitch.

"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government can’t pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies."

Hey you guys. Thanks so much for the input, I really appreciate it very much. Manila or Bust!

And thanks for asking about pop!

He's recovering now, and it appears to have gone well. The only critical issue to look at now is his body rejecting the donor organ. Even with the immunosupressive regimen, there is always a chance his body won't take it. Only thing to do is pray, and hope!

Thanks guys.

We're flying on JAL. I hope it's good!
