For people that recieve a pink slip and wasn't on AR..how long did it take you to receive your visa?

AOS JOURNEY

08/11/2008 - AOS/EAD Filed

08/18/2008 - NOA1 for AOS/EAD

09/05/2008 - Biometrics

11/15/2008 - EAD Card Recieved

12/15/2008 - NOA for AOS interview recived

01/27/2009 - Interview Passed - Conditional Permanent Residence Established.

02/09/2009 - GREENCARD RECEIVED ~~~ YIPEE!!!

Lifting Condition after 21 months will file I-751 (Oct 2010)..So see ya soon.

11/10/2007 - I-129F was delivered at 8:47am in Laguna Niguel, CA

11/13/2007 - NOA1 Date

11/21/2007 - Check Finally Cashed - Case Number Known

11/24/2007 - NOA1

11/19/2007 - Touched

12/28/2007 - Touched

12/30/2007 - Touched Again?

03/17/2008 - NOA2 Recieved

03/25/2008 - NVC Received Case

03/26/2008 - NVC Assigned Case# (MNL2008******)

03/27/2008 - NVC Forwarded to Manila Embassy (DHL Tracking: 936773****)

03/31/2008 - Embassy Received

04/03/2008 - 2nd attempt to set Interview Appt. - OK.

04/08/2008 - Document Verification Pd!

04/18/2008 - Medical - Passed!

04/22/2008 - Visa Application - Paid!

05/12/2008 - Interview Appointment- May 12, 2008 at 7:30am - PASSED!

05/16/2008 - Visa Recieved!

05/21/2008 - CFO Seminar

06/01/2008 - Point of Entry: LAX ---via Philippine Airlines

06.19.2010 - papers arrived at Chicago lockbox

06.24.2010 - Check cashed

06.28.2010 - NOA1 Hardcopy received (9 days from the day they got our papers)

07.05.2010 - Received Biometrics Schedule (July 26)

08.05.2010 - Biometrics done! (had to re-schedule from 7/26 to 8/5)

08.13.2010 - Got my interview letter

08.20.2010 - EAD card on production

09.06.2010 - Got my EAD Card (62 days)

09.07.2010 - Applied for SSN

09.14.2010 - SSN Card received

09.16.2010 - Interview schedule (APPROVED)

09.20.2010 - Welcome Notice Received ("Welcome to the USA")

09.25.2010 - 10 yr Green Card received! (98 days)

those who got pink slip and not on AR..

visa on hand 3 days - 1 week.. :whistle:

It shouldn't take a week longer..

IR-1 Visa for Wife

NVC Case Complete = January 2, 2008

Received Packet 4 here in the US (Interview Packet) = January 18, 2008

Case Left NVC Forwarded to USEM Manila = January 23, 2008

SLEC Medical = Jan 31 and Feb 1, 2008 (2 days)

USEM Manila Interview = February 20, 2008 @ 8:30am = DONE! (Status: 2 Months wait is over APPROVED)

CFO Guidance & Counseling = April 17, 2008

Visa in Hand = April 18, 2008 (Our Wedding Anniversary)

Arrival in the US and POE = April 23, 2008 JFK Intl. Airport New York City

Social Security Card = May 2, 2008

Green Card in Hand = August 18,2008

06-21-08 - wedding day

06-24-08 - applied for SSN change of last name ( 07-02-08 - received SSN card with married name)

08-07-08 - AOS packet sent thru Fedex

08-08-08 - AOS packet received by USCIS

08-14-08 - NOA 1 date for AOS, EAD and AP

08-25-08 - Biometrics schedule received

09-05-08 - BIOMETRICS APPOINTMENT

09-08-08 - TOUCHED (I-485 and EAD)

09-17-08 - I-485 transferred to California Service Center

09-19-08 - I-485 TOUCHED (received mail same day about the transfer too)

10-03/06/07-08 - I-485 TOUCHED

10-21-08 - I-131 AP APPROVED

10-22-08 - I-765 EAD CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED

10-27-08 - RECEIVED AP in mail and I-765 touched again online

10-29-08 - Notice of Approval for I-765 was sent out today

10-30-08 - Notice of Approval for I-765 touched again then RECEIVED THE EAD CARD the same day
