All my bags are packed I'm ready to go.. na na na na....

Hi guys, here i am again... I just want you to know that I am now preparing my things so i won't forget anything when i go to the US of A,.

Monday i had my CFO seminar, and they put sticker on my passport and gave me some certification which proves that i attended the said seminar... (for those who did not have their seminar yet, prepare 250 pesos for the guidance and counseling seminar + 400 pesos for the sticker)

I will fly using my own wings on May 16th at 5pm,..

I know that God is always with me...

I am so excited but scared at the same time cuz it's gonna be my first time to travel alone...

Any tips for me???

make sure hindi wala kang excess baggage kasi ang mahal daw hehehe at dapat madaling matanggal yung shoes mo kasi papahubarin yun sayo pag pasok mo. hassle noh pag madaming tali yung shoes.. hmmm maginaw sa plane, kaya dala ka ng kama para sarap tulog hahahaha

dont forget your brown envelope and xray film. prepare pesos for travel tax 1620 and terminal fee 750.. magparoaming ka na ng fon mo kung type mo lang na yan pa rin gamitin mo.. hmmmm at ipapalit mo na ng dollars yung milyones mo kahit sa naia pa lang kasi mababa na ang palit pag dating sa US of A

hmmm prepare 3 dollars for push cart sa US. ewan ko kung magkano sa vegas, pero sa jfk 3 dollars daw per cart.

hello xhaxha,

be sure to put all your liquids in a ziplock bag (i bought one from the grocery store). call your airline and inquire about the baggage weight limit. I didnt know that japan airlines with AA connecting flight is only 23 kilos. i thought all nternational is 32 kilos! i didnt pay for the excess baggage but the airport officer made me transfer some of my stuff in my other luggage...(quite embarrassing) in the middle MIA. You can pay too but it's like 200$ something like that.

Dont forget to shop for native pasulubongs to your in-laws. i got mine from divisoria and quiapo. I brought feminine stuff with me from pinas, i even brought my fave books, pictures of families, Roaming SIMPAK, extra ballpen, hmm, what else...i didnt have extra money with me when i traveled. i was scared but i was fine though

Since you have to fill out your Immigration and Customs forms on the plane, remember to bring a Pen with you. If you want some snacks from home, be sure to pack them. Don't worry though, you should get at least one meal on your flight. Bring something to do on the flight, since it is quite long. You may find the temperature of the plane a bit cold, so maybe wear jeans and bring a jacket.

If you get travel sick, be sure to bring whatever medicine will help, maybe bring some headache medicine. Also try some gum, some people find it helps to chew gum to help their ears adjust to the pressure change at altitude.

Just try to relax and enjoy the feeling of being on your weay to see your man.
