Tracking May '08 filers

I wonder why they don't tell us what the touches are about??? Like .. "reviewing app" or "RFE" or "approval" those all would be at least something.....

Anyway tried to log on to the site and it's down... yeah USCIS server problems... #######! I hope they don't lose anything else

Don't say that!!! lol... that is the last thing any of us could handle right now! I am missing my hubby like crazy! I am being patient while we wait, but man, I miss him! And I hear you about the touches, that would be awesome! I would love to know what is happening.

Yeah i tried to login to track our case online too but their server is down. i hope they're just doing some maintenance....

Maybe if we're lucky... the computer will acutally "approve" all the apps...lol well one can deam huh.. so Shiri look at the bright side......and I hear yeah you've been away from your husband much to long but who am I to tell you that?

Hi. I'm just updating my case for the k3 visa application.

I-130 sent 03-28-2008

NOA1(I-130) Received on 04-07-08 contained typo in name (waited 2 weeks for it to be corrected)

I29F sent on 04-27-08

touched (I-130) on 04-17-2008 (From USCIS case updating website).

NOA1(129F) received on 05-05-2008

Touched (I29F) on 06-10-2008

this is the data for my wife's visa so far. I'm really feeling so anxious no these days! Hoping it can be done as quickly as possible!

BTW- Where do they get the data that USCIS currently processing the packages sent on 03-23-2008?

so this is pased on no facts, just previous statistics? I was rally hopefull from that date. Things are a little hard for me now, and I'm hoping to be with my wife as soon as possible!

what are the NOTICE DATES on your I-130 and I-129F? .. that is your NAO1. that is the date the service center received your petition...

i put you in the tracker but only based on the dates you posted in here.. will correct when you post the notice dates...

we all want our spouses here as fast as possible, but going through immigration is a pain in our behind.. welcome to the club..

The notice date on the 1-130 is 04/07/2008 and that on the I-29F is 05/05/200. Thanks again! Hopefully the data on this website is accuarate within a month, so that means hopefully they can get to ours as soon as possible! (hopefully this summer!)

Thats a good development choochoo. As for us they still haven't touched ouf file. We filed for expedite a couple of weeks ago and haven't heard anything from them. We are waiting for our daughter's I130 NOA1 and will call his senators and ask for help. He'll be leaving for deployment soon. Good luck to us all
