Hey guyss!!

Finally received our NOA1 today for our I-129F. Now i can finally start tracking this one online too.

oooh... updates.... what's the notice date on the NOA1, choochoo?

I-130 Timeline:

5/13 : NOA1

7/21 : NOA2 - APPROVED!!!

NVC Timeline:

7/25 : Case # assigned

9/30 : Case completed!!!! (THANK YOU, LORD!!!)

10/03: Interview date assigned

US Embassy in Manila:

10/30 : Paid Document Verification (just to be on the safe side)

11/12 - 11/13 : Medical at SLEC

11/18: INTERVIEW DATE/MANILA EMBASSY/0630AM - VISA APPROVED!

11/20 : Visa in hand! (that was fast!)

11/30 : Flight to USA!

Life in America:

11/30 : POE:LAX

12/04 : SSN issued - 12/13: card received in the mail

12/04 : "Green Card" issued - 12/13: card received in the mail

NOVEMBER 30, 2010 : CR1 expires

Hi,

I mailed it on May 12. VSC received it on May 14. The notice date on the NOA1 is May 23 but i received the actual notice in the mail today. I hope my calculations were correct.

but i just put May 14 for your mailed in date. i read somewhere you said it's been 14 days since you mailed it, etc.. just correct me if i'm wrong!

Hi,

Thanks alot! We are going for the k3 visa. I would stick with the CR1 but the consulate in pakistan is really behind on the interviews for that, it could take 8-9 months. So we are sticking with the k3.

We mailed our package on May 13th, someone signed for it on May 14th..

Hay ladies and gents... I think I might be jumping over to the K3 world... just don't see the numbers moving on CR1 and frankly what do i have to lose ??? in the end if the k3 gets approved before CR1 than i have to pay more... but if that means getting him home months earlier...yeah worth it. If the CR1 gets approved first.... than nothing. Or am I missing something????

I wish everyone well and hope we can see some good news soon.

if K3 seems to be going faster in Morocco, then go for the K3, Rajaa.. the difference in mine is like 100 plus days between the K3 and CR1.. not much, huh? but the K3 is on hold for me anyway..
