Hi we already registered at USCIS website and we already entered our Case Number online..how do we know that they touched our application?

hi couple0426! it's under the updated section. if the date changes, it means it was "touched." let's say you entered it today, right? but on the updated section there is a different date, then it was "touched" on that date. Keep checking it for any changes. I warn you, you will get addicted and check it like every hour even though you know that nothing well happen. there is also that possibility that it was "touched" before you signed up but we will never know that

hey chev, let me know.. but I don't think I qualify.. last time I stayed for a long time in the PI was back in the years of 99-03, while I was going to school there.

good idea.. just let your brother mail it. as long as everything is in order, all he has to do is attached the NOA1. Well, the COPY of the NOA1. You might want to hold on to the original..

have a safe flight! (so jealous! i want to go too!!!)

any NOA1's in the mail today, guys?

Waiting on the actual receipt of the 797, but the attorney e-mailed with the NOA-1 for the 129F just now. It was May 22. Sent the petition in on May 20th.

Thirdsjen, you are doing a great job!

wow.. so you got your I-129f NOA1 in like 2 days?? seriously?? hmmm... CSC is rolling those out like crazy, aren't they.. makes me think

Hi thirdsjen...Thanks for your reply. But still cant find where i could check my updated staus...is it in USCIS website? thanks a lot

yeah, you have to sign up there.. then as soon as you have your case number find it, then add it to your portfolio. anytime the UPDATED column changes, that's when it gets "touched." mine has only been touched once, the day before my check was cashed. so they opened it to get the check out. hehe..

Hi we also wait on our I-129F NO 1 , 5 th May was the day when our paper leave us..... But they had told us it can take up to 5 weeks before we have it...

hi cris! sorry it's been taking forever for you to get your NOA1. mine took 13 days.. but even longer before I got the paper in the mail. have they cashed your check yet?
